Section 24:11:02:03 - Duties of the vice chairperson

During the absence of the chairperson, the vice chairperson shall perform the duties of the chairperson. In the event of the chairperson's inability or refusal to act, the vice chairperson shall perform the duties of the chairperson when so authorized by the commission.
