Section 24:08:02:02 - Duties of the chairperson

The chairperson shall preside at all meetings of the commission. In accordance with the rules of the commission, the chairperson shall supervise all business and affairs of the commission. The chairperson shall sign such instruments as the commission has authorized to be executed.
