Section 24:06:08:03 - Maintenance records and daily inspection

The owner of a school bus shall keep maintenance records on each school bus. The inspection shall include the process as published in the section entitled Driver Responsibilities "J" pages 132 to 137 and maintenance records in the section titled "Operational Procedures" number 7b, 7c, and 7f on page 152 in the National School Transportation Specifications & Procedures, 2015 Edition.
