Section 24:05:25:23 - Decisions of IEP team

All decisions of the IEP team shall be made jointly by the parents and school personnel through the IEP process and specified on the child's IEP. An IEP must be in effect before special education and related services are provided to a child and must be implemented as soon as possible following a placement committee meeting.
