Section 24:05:24.01:05 - Evaluation team for autism spectrum disorder

When evaluating a student for autism spectrum disorder, a LEA shall use a multidisciplinary team or group of persons who are trained and experienced in the diagnosis and educational evaluation of persons with autism spectrum disorder.
