Section 20:79:02:07 - Reinstatement of expired license

An applicant who fails to renew the license within 180 days, may have the license reinstated so long as the applicant:

(1) Submits an application for licensure;

(2) Provides documentation of completion of the required continuing education; and

(3) Pays the application and licensure fee as set by the board.
