Section 20:69:11:13 - Denial of approval for a course or instructor

The commission may deny approval of a real estate course or instructor if it is determined that either is not in compliance with SDCL chapter 36-21 A and this article. A person aggrieved by denial of approval by the commission may file a written request for a hearing pursuant to § 20:69:02:07.
