All sixty hours of postlicensing education must include study in the required subject areas outlined in § 20:69:11:02. Licensees who have completed hours in the subject areas of negotiation, business planning, technology, or marketing prior to July 1, 2015 shall have those hours count toward the postlicensing requirement.
Upon completion of the postlicensing education requirements, broker associates must comply with the continuing education requirements pursuant to SDCL 36-21A-62 and § 20:69:11:02 for all subsequent renewal cycles.
