Section 20:68:06:02 - Standards for counseling through electronic means

Counseling provided through electronic means shall adhere to the requirements of this article, HIPAA regulations, and the ethical requirements of chapter 20:68:08. Failure to adhere to these regulations and requirements may be considered unprofessional conduct by the board subject to discipline.
