Section 20:67:02:10 - Out-of-state wholesale or other drug distributor application - Other state license required

Out-of-state wholesale or other drug distributors must meet the application and fee requirements of this chapter and must also submit a copy of their wholesale drug distributor's license or its equivalent from the state in which the distributor is located if a license is issued by that state.
