Section 20:63:02:02 - Application for licensure by reciprocity

An applicant for licensure by reciprocity shall file an application with the board on forms provided by the board. The applicant shall submit a certified copy of the applicant's current valid license from another state or territory or proof of certification from the Board of Certification.
