Section 20:59:01:10.01 - Fee schedule for endorsement without examination

Fees for endorsement application for a license without examination are as follows:

(1) Certified social worker authorized to engage in private, independent practice, $210;

(2) Certified social worker, $170;

(3) Social worker, $130; and

(4) Social work associate, $90.
