Section 20:59:01:08 - Fees

Any fee described in this chapter must be remitted to the board in the form prescribed by the board and made payable to the South Dakota Board of Social Work Examiners. The board may not take any action on any application for license until the fee is received. Any fee paid by a licensee or applicant is nonrefundable.
