An applicant for licensure under this chapter shall provide official transcripts sent directly from the school to the board and proof of passing the national standardized examinations, parts I, II and, if applicable, part III of the National Board of Podiatric Medical Examiners. Test scores shall be sent directly from the examination services to the board. Proofs must be submitted that the applicant meets the requirements of this chapter.
