Section 20:53:09:02 - Acceptable course offerings

The following courses meet the requirements of the training required by SDCL 36-25-17.2:

(1) Plumbing commission offered courses dealing with the plumbing code;

(2) South Dakota Association of Plumbing, Heating, Cooling Contractor offered courses dealing with the plumbing code;

(3) International Association of Plumbing and Mechanical Officials offered courses dealing with the plumbing code; and

(4) Plumbing commission pre-approved correspondence courses.
