Section 20:53:04:08 - Enforcement and penalty

It is unlawful for a water conditioning contractor, water conditioning installer, or apprentice to operate contrary to the foregoing water conditioning rules in this chapter. Enforcement and penalty provisions are identical to those found in SDCL 36-25.
