Section 20:53:04:04 - License and examination fees

The license and examination fees are as follows:

(1) Water conditioning contractor initial license: $160;

(2) Water conditioning contractor initial examination: $100;

(3) Water conditioning contractor reexamination: $100;

(4) Water conditioning contractor annual license renewal: $160;

(5) Water conditioning installer initial license: $65;

(6) Water conditioning installer initial examination: $100;

(7) Water conditioning installer reexamination: $100; and

(8) Water conditioning installer annual license renewal: $65.

An applicant for a water conditioning apprentice license shall complete an application, which may be obtained from the commission, showing the water conditioning contractor under whom the applicant is working. The initial license fee and the annual license renewal fee for a water conditioning apprentice is $10.
