Section 20:53:02:09 - Notice of exam

Each applicant shall be given 10 days' notice by first class mail of the time and place of examination. The notice shall only be given the first time an examination is taken. If an applicant fails to appear at his first examination or desires to retake the examination after failing it, he shall obtain the testing date and place from the secretary-treasurer of the commission. An applicant may waive the 10-day notice of the examination.
