Section 20:51:28:02 - Qualifications for authorization to administer immunizations

The board may issue an authorization to a pharmacist that meets the following qualifications:

(1) Active licensure to practice pharmacy in this state;

(2) Successful completion of an approved training program; and

(3) Active certification in basic cardiopulmonary resuscitation.
