Section 20:51:19:16 - Sponsor to provide list of pharmacists and technicians attending program

The sponsor of a continuing education program shall provide to the board a written or electronic list of the pharmacists and technicians attending within thirty days after completion of the program or a licensed pharmacist may not use the hours or credits earned to qualify for continuing professional education.
