Section 20:51:07:01 - Pharmacy must comply with all public health regulations

A pharmacy must comply with all public health regulations regarding sanitation and is subject to board inspections. The pharmacy must be maintained and operated in a clean and sanitary condition, free from unhealthful, foreign, or injurious contamination.
