Section 20:51:06:04 - False application grounds for suspending or revoking

False representation made in an application for a permit to conduct a pharmacy, or keeping a pharmacy open for the transaction of business without a pharmacist on duty, physically present in the building, and in charge of the pharmacy, except as provided in § 20:51:06:10, are grounds for suspension of revocation of the pharmacy permit.
