An internship must consist of a minimum of two thousand hours, of which one thousand seven hundred forty hours may be a college-based pharmacy practical experience program. The remaining two hundred sixty hours must be acquired under the supervision of one or more preceptors in a board-licensed pharmacy where the goal and objectives of a pharmacy internship, as set forth in § 20:51:02:01.01, apply.
