Section 20:51:02:08 - Report required at end of each practical experience

At the end of each practical experience, a registered intern shall submit a report to the Board of Pharmacy on a form supplied by the board. The form must be filed within five days after the ending of the experience; however, for good cause shown, the Board of Pharmacy may accept the form at a later date.
