Section 20:44:26:01 - Definitions

Terms used in this chapter mean:

(1) "Contractor," an individual licensed with the commission as an electrical contractor or a Class B electrician;

(2) "Installation," an electrical installation;

(3) "Submitter," an individual or business requesting reimbursement from the undertaking fund.
