Section 20:44:24:06 - Fee to be paid to commission

Fees required by § 20:44:24:05 shall be paid by the carnival owner or celebration sponsor to the commission prior to or at the time of inspection. The inspector shall sign, date, and apply a sticker for each ride, concession, or booth.
