Section 20:41:15:10 - Supervision by chiropractor

A certified chiropractic assistant shall be under the direct supervision of a South Dakota licensed chiropractor at all times. Direct supervision means the personal presence and availability of the supervising chiropractor at the place where chiropractic healthcare services are rendered.
