Section 20:41:05:13 - Licensure of military personnel and spouses

The Board shall expedite the process of licensure for those applicants who are active duty military personnel and their spouses. The Board shall issue a license within thirty (30) days of receipt of a completed application if the conditions set forth in 20:41:05 are met. The licensing fees for the military member and spouse are waived per SDCL 36-IB-4.
