Section 20:36:02:02 - Office of the board - Address mail - Notices and communications to the board

The office of the board shall be at the place established by the board of which notice of the same and its address shall be given in writing to the members of the board and publicly announced by them at the annual meeting of the South Dakota land title association and published in its report of such meeting. Mail, notices, and communications to the board shall be addressed to the board.
