Section 20:25:03:12 - Board action on petition

Upon receipt of the petition for declaratory ruling, the board may request the petitioner to provide information as may be required for the issuance of its ruling. Within 120 days after the filing of the petition or within 120 days following the receipt of further requested information, the board shall issue a declaratory ruling and serve a copy of the ruling by mail upon the petitioner.
