Payment of any printed winning sports wagering tickets or sports wagering vouchers may be made only upon presentation and surrender of the sports wagering ticket or sports wagering voucher. A patron may redeem a winning sports wagering ticket or sports wagering voucher by mail according to the licensee's internal controls. No claim may be allowed for any lost or destroyed winning sports wagering tickets or sports wagering vouchers unless authorized pursuant to the licensee's internal controls.
