A floor plan identifying the designated sports wagering area, including the location of any sports wagering kiosks and sports wagering windows, shall be filed by the licensee operating sports wagering with the executive secretary for review and approval at least ten days prior to accepting any sports bets. Modification to a previously approved plan must be submitted for approval at least ten days prior to implementation.
