Money bags containing moneys that are used for gaming machine fills must be secured by a prenumbered nonremovable seal approved by the executive secretary. A prenumbered tag provided by the commission must be attached to the seal. The tag must be completed at the time the bag is sealed. Control of the tags and seals must comply with the Gaming Internal Control and Revenue Reporting Manual located in Appendix A at the end of this article. All other money bags must be sealed in this manner unless the contents are weighed or physically counted by the licensee assuming responsibility of the funds in the presence of the licensee transferring responsibility of the funds.
