Section 20:14:11:01.01 - Allegation of non-compliance

An allegation of non-compliance must be in writing and meet the following criteria:

(1) The allegation of error or violation of any provision of this article is considered credible and based upon factual information which is independently verifiable; and

(2) The allegation is accompanied by a copy of the appraisal report or other credible documentation
