Section 20:14:02:01 - Roster of appraisers

The secretary shall prepare and issue at least once each calendar year a roster showing the name and place of business of each real estate appraiser currently holding a valid credential issued under the provisions of this article. The secretary shall transmit the roster to the Appraisal Subcommittee of the Federal Financial Institutions Examination Council annually.
