Section 20:10:33:13 - Provisioning of adequate and reliable facilities

Each local exchange company shall employ prudent management planning practices, including budgeting and prioritization of resource utilization, so that adequate and reliable facilities are in place to supply service to prospective customers in its service territory within a reasonable period of time as determined by the commission.
