Section 20:10:32:43.05 - Offering of comparable local usage plan

An applicant requesting designation as an eligible telecommunications carrier shall demonstrate that it offers a local usage plan comparable to the one offered by the incumbent local exchange carrier in the service areas for which the applicant seeks designation.
