Section 20:10:32:09 - Suspension or revocation of certificate of authority

Failure of any provider of local exchange service to comply with applicable requirements set forth in this chapter, other terms and conditions imposed on its certification by the commission, or other applicable rules or laws may result in the suspension or revocation of the providers certificate of authority to provide local exchange services.
