Section 20:10:29:33 - Apportionment of plant-specific operations expenses in accounts 6210, 6220, and 6230

Plant-specific operations expenses in accounts 6210, 6220, and 6230 are apportioned among the interexchange category, the special access category, and switched access elements based on the apportionment of the total central office equipment investment.
