Section 20:10:27:21 - Feature group A and B discounts

Feature group A and Feature group B discounts shall continue to be offered at the level of current discounts in all local exchanges which do not offer Feature group D. When Feature group D is offered in a local exchange, Feature group A and Feature group B discounts may no longer be offered in that exchange.
