Section 20:10:24:13 - Reclassification - Incomplete complaint

If a complaint is not filed in accordance with the provisions of § 20:10:24:11 the commission shall notify the complainant that it is incomplete. The complainant may supplement the complaint so that it is complete. Once complete, the commission shall process the complaint. An amended complaint is treated as a new complaint.
