All records required by chapters 20:10:15 to 20:10:20, inclusive, shall be kept at the primary places of business of the utility and shall be open for examination by the commission. Each utility shall notify the commission of the offices where the records are kept. Unless otherwise specified, all records shall be preserved by the utility no less than five years.
