Section 20:10:13:36 - Sale contracts with deviations must be filed

A utility must file one copy of all its contracts with deviations for the sale of public utility service. The provisions of this chapter regulating tariff schedules containing rates and rules and regulations apply to the rates and schedules set out in the contracts as far as practicable.
