Section 20:10:13:13 - Assignment of section numbers

Every tariff schedule filed with the commission shall use the following section number designation:

(1) Section one, Table of contents;

(2) Section two, Preliminary statement;

(3) Section three, Rate schedules;

(4) Section four, Summary list of contracts with deviations;

(5) Section five, Rules;

(6) Section six, Sample forms.
