Section 20:10:13:106 - Commission may seek specific cost data

If a rate schedule required to be on file with this commission is not required to be supported by cost of service data as set forth in this chapter, but such data may be needed for commission analysis, each filing public utility shall submit the specified cost data when requested by a letter from the commission.
