Section 20:10:13:10 - List of contracts with deviations to be filed within 30 days

Two copies of the list of contracts with deviations shall be filed within 30 days after the establishment of a deviation or of the expiration or cancellation of any currently listed contract deviation. The list shall comply with § 20:10:13:05 and shall have the same other general characteristics in form as are required by this chapter. Where there are no contracts with deviations, "none" shall be shown on the list.
