Section 20:06:48:13 - Changing plans

After an enrollee has selected one of the plans available, the enrollee may not change plans except at the beginning of a new fiscal year and only if the plan change involves an increase in the deductible. The enrollee shall provide written notification to the risk pool board of the enrollee's request to change plans prior to the beginning of the new fiscal year.
