Section 20:06:30:20 - Applicability

In the event of a direct conflict between the provisions of §§ 20:06:30:13 to 20:06:30:20, inclusive, and the provisions in chapter 20:06:31, the provisions of §§ 20:06:30:13 to 20:06:30:20, inclusive, shall apply but only to the extent of the conflict.
