Section 20:06:18:05.01 - Course attendance roster

Except for self-study courses, a sponsor shall maintain for two years a copy of the original sign-in sheets for each course offering. The sign-in sheets shall consist of the original signature and producer license number of each class participant. A sponsor shall submit course completion information electronically within 14 days of the conclusion of each class offering.
