The hub licensee must keep accurate, complete, legible, and permanent records for all business, account, and wagering activity in a form easily available, reviewable, and auditable by the commission or its representative.
The hub licensee shall give access to the commission or its representative to all hub records and financial information including all account information for the purpose of review and audit. The hub licensee shall make this information available at the hub location, upon notice during the hubs normal working hours.
Failure to keep and maintain the necessary business, account, and wagering information records for a period of five years, unless otherwise approved by the executive secretary, or make the records available to the commission or its representative are grounds for disciplinary action.
